Modify your unsubscribe sentence for all of your email campaigns.
The Sending Window section
In the Sending Window section, you can set a schedule for when your emails will be sent out, set an average delay between emails and set whether follow-ups or initial emails have priority.
To define when your campaign emails are allowed to be sent, simply check or uncheck the days that fit your schedule. A time window will be set to determine the hours during which emails can be sent, which you can adjust to fit your preferred sending hours.
By default, an average delay of 30 seconds is applied between each email to simulate natural sending behavior and help maintain your email reputation. You can increase this delay if needed, up to a maximum of 600 seconds (10 minutes). The minimum delay is fixed at 30 seconds.
By default, initial emails are prioritized over follow-ups when there’s a conflict in the sending schedule. If you check the option “Prioritize follow-ups over initial emails,” follow-up messages will be sent first, ensuring timely follow-up communication before sending new initial emails.
The Email Accounts section
In the Email Accounts section, you can connect the email accounts from which you wish to send your email campaigns. Here, you can also edit the daily sending limit (15 by default), select a sender and change your sender name by clicking on the Edit button on the right side of your connected email account.
The Custom Domain section
In the Custom Domain section, you can set up your custom tracking domain.
A custom tracking domain is a personalized web address used to track email opens and clicks. It replaces generic tracking links with your own domain, improving brand consistency and deliverability while providing more accurate tracking data.
For details on how to set this up, you can refer to this help guide here.
The Webhooks section
In the Webhooks section, you can create and set up webhooks for your email campaigns.
Webhooks are notifications of Campaign events that Hunter sends to another application. They are typically used to create lightweight integrations between Hunter and a third-party application.

The Unsubscribe sentence section
In the Unsubscribe sentence section, you can edit the unsubscribe sentence for all of your email campaigns.
